Daily Timetable 2023

Saturday 21 October

It was a long day travelling, but the team arrived safely at the hotel late on Saturday evening.

Sunday 22 October

It was an early morning start following their late arrival. With two 2-hour sessions in the pool, a gym or pilates session and a visit to the waterpark – it was a busy first day! We are hoping that they will sleep well this evening!

Monday 23 October

The second full day of camp with another two 2-hour sessions in the pool, a pre-lunch stretching session and some afternoon games in the pool. We are loving the trunks boys!

Wednesday 25 October

The camp is slowly returning to normal after a 24-hour sickness bug hit quite a number of swimmers late on Monday evening and on Tuesday. It was another two 2-hour sessions in the pool with a stretching session before lunch. In the afternoon there were table tennis matches for the girls, and basketball and football for the boys.

Thursday 26 October

The sun has disappeared for the day, but it was great to have all the swimmers back in the pool after the last 48 hours of sickness. Another 2 hour sessions in the pool with some volleyball on the beach after lunch!
