Flexibility & Pre-Pool
Swimmers are required to be poolside no later than 15 minutes prior to each training session.
Our pre-pool mobility exercises and links to videos can be viewed within our Member area.
- It is important to do pre-pool exercises before you swim so that you don’t pick up any injuries during training and to enable you to perform at your best in the pool.
- Start at the top with your head and work down so you don’t forget any.
- Do each exercise gently so that you can slowly warm up your muscles. Repeat each exercise 10 times.
- Swimmers will not be allowed to commence their training unless pre-pool has been completed.
