Prior to each individual session, swimmers will be required to confirm their attendance and participation electronically via an event link. This will contain the final session start and end times.

Failure to confirm participation in time will result in them not being able to swim.

Swimmers will receive instructions as to what will be required of them prior to each session.

Whilst in the leisure centre, swimmers will remain in their holding area until directed to enter poolside.

Warm-up will commence once pool set-up is complete.
