The session start time will be 7.00pm.

Unless you are assisting with poolside set-up, please could we ask that you do not arrive until 10 minutes before this time.

We will have a desk set up in the main foyer area with someone signing in the swimmers for the session. Please ensure that you come to this desk upon arrival.

Once swimmers have been signed in, they may make their way to the changing rooms to access poolside.

Warm-up will commence once pool set-up is complete.
