Annual Club Membership Fee

Our annual membership fee of £25.00 is invoiced at the end of March and is payable in April. This applies to all of our squad members, but is limited to a maximum of £50.00 for families with three or more members in squads. These must be paid in full once invoiced.

This fee is applicable to all new squad members joining part-way through the year and must be paid on joining.

Learn to Swim members pay a combined Swim England and Membership annual fee of £20.00 which must be paid in full in advance on joining or at the start of the January term.

Swim England Membership Fees

Swim England fees are invoiced in December and are payable by the end of January or whenever you join the club. These are not applicable to Learn to Swim. These must be paid in full once invoiced.

A 50% discount applies to Category 1 & 2 fees if you join and register during the last quarter (October to December) of the year.

Fees

Our fees are quarterly except for Learn to Swim. Learn to Swim fees must be paid in advance at the start of each term. The fees listed below are effective from 1 October 2019.

Quarterly fees are invoiced in advance on the first day of the following months: January, April, July and October.

Squad fees can be paid in one go, or by monthly standing order at the beginning of each month.

The preferred method for payment is directly into the Club bank account. Please use the swimmers full name as reference and use a separate transaction for each swimmer within your household. The account details can be found within our Member Area.

There is a late fee charge of £10.00 if invoices are not paid within 30 days of the date of the invoice.

Payment of Fees upon Joining

Any standing order must be set up for the fees before the second months fees are due.

Any standing orders not set up by the third month after joining will result in the swimmer being removed from the list of members and not being permitted to swim or dive.

Please make sure you continue to pay the correct amount, especially upon changing squads.

Please note that the club will require you to pay any back-dated amounts owing should you fail to amend your standing order on time.

Non-Payment of Fees

Please note that if fees have not been paid within 3 weeks, your child will not be permitted to swim or dive until all outstanding fees are paid.

The club is a non-profit making organisation so prompt payment of fees is essential to keep the club afloat.

Collecting fees can be difficult and time-consuming so please help by paying these amounts as soon as you receive a request to do so.

Remember that the person asking you is going to be an unpaid volunteer, giving up their own time for the benefit of the club.

If you have a query please contact the Membership Secretary rather than waiting until you are approached to find out why you haven’t paid.
